How do I order at hiphop-dojo?

Browse through the categories and click on an item to get more information. By clicking on "Order Now" you get to the shopping cart where you can change the number, style and size of your desired item. Save your item and either continue your shopping or proceed with filling in your personal information.

When you fill in your name, address and payment method don't miss the obligated fields marked with a '*'. Some payment methods are not available for certain countries. But don't worry you'll get a hint on the site if something went wrong. If you want your order to be sent to an alternate shipping address mark yes.

On the next page you can check your information and state an alternate shipping address if needed. You are now ready to send us your order. Click on the button and your order will be processed. You will get an automatically generated confirmation email at once which we need you to send back to confirm that you gave us a valid email address.

How can I cancel my order?

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

In case of faults and/or mistakes of the delivered items, not caused by the buyer, items may be returned without extra cost. Items have to be returned including a message stating the mistake, invoice number and/or account number. The costs for returning back the goods will be given credit which can also be used for future orders.

For returned items due to design matters (size, colour, etc.), the costs are on the buyer. Note that these expenses are very high due to the high transportation costs for shipments outside of Germany/Europe.

How do I pay with PayPal?

Als registrierter Paypal Nutzer loggst Du dich in Dein PayPal Konto ein und klickst auf die Registerkarte "Geld senden"
Es öffnet sich ein Formular in das die persönlichen Daten und die Daten für die Überweisung eingegeben werden.
Betrag der Zahlung, Betreff, Kundennummer, wenn vorhanden und e-mail Adresse des Empfängers. Mit einem Klick auf weiter, erhältst Du noch einmal eine Übersicht über die gemachten Angaben und kannst sie gegebenenfalls korrigieren.
Mit einem Klick auf " Geld senden" wird der Zahlungsvorgang abgeschlossen.
PayPal ist für den Käufer immer kostenfrei!
Solltest Du noch nicht registriert sein, kannst Du dich unter www.paypal.com/de kostenlos in wenigen Minuten anmelden.
PayPal bietet eine einfache Möglichkeit eine Bestellung zu bezahlen und zwar weltweit. Entweder per Überweisung oder per Kreditkarte.

Kann ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlen?

Ja! Kreditkartenzahlungen werden bei hiphop-dojo über PayPal durchgeführt. Du gibst bei deiner Bestellung deine Telefonnummer, deine e-mail Adresse und deine Kreditkartennummer an. PayPal prüft die Kreditkarte und anschließend wird die Aktion problemlos abgewickelt.
Ebenfalls kannst Du als registrierter PayPal Nutzer deine Zahlungen über dein PayPal Konto mit der Kreditkarte abwickeln.

Kann ich mit PayPal bezahlen ohne selber ein PayPal Konto zu haben?

Ja! In diesem Falle gibst Du bei deiner Bestellung als Zahlungswunsch PayPal an. Du erhälst dann von hiphop-dojo alle erforderlichen Daten um die Überweisung von deinem Girokonto auf das Konto der Hausbank von PayPal (P. Morgan Chase) in Frankfurt zu tätigen.
Nach Eingang der Zahlung auf dem Konto von hiphop-dojo erhältst Du von PayPal eine Bestätigung.
Ebenso ist auch eine Zahlung über PayPal mit Kreditkarte möglich ohne bei PayPal registriert zu sein. Die Überprüfung der Karte wird ebenfalls von PayPal abgewickelt.
